Job Summary

As a Pharmacy Delivery Driver, you will provide efficient and accurate prescription delivery service for pharmacy customers. You will also contribute to a service-centered pharmacy team by consistently building relationships with customers and exceeding their needs.

Experience Required: 0 to 6 monthsExperience Desired: Basic knowledge of map reading and understanding of general areaEducation Desired: High school diploma or equivalentCertification or Licensing Required: State Issued Driver's License and Clean Driving RecordLifting Requirement: Up to 40 poundsTravel Required: Regional - Daily, More than 50%; on-call availability

Job Responsibilities

Deliver prescriptions to pharmacy customers on a daily basis utilizing a provided company vehicle.Follow all Giant Eagle pharmacy established delivery procedures.Utilize the pharmacy computer system.Adhere to all company, state and federal policies, laws and regulations including HIPAA.Finalize all sales including delivery.Ability to travel to various locations using navigation applicationsPerform assigned duties of a pharmacy technician when not delivering prescriptions.
