As a Pharmacovigilance Business Systems Analyst, you will have a meaningful role in our outstanding Safety Technical Operations team, contributing to projects with a global influence. Job Responsibilities

Analyze and determine system requirements for new and existing business processes to support flawless operations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement technology solutions that meet business needs.Develop and maintain documentation for system processes, ensuring strict adherence to company standards.Provide outstanding support and troubleshooting for system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Conduct regular system audits and generate reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.Collaborate with collaborators to prioritize and manage system improvements and upgrades.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar IT role.Strong analytical skills with the ability to strictly adhere to project timelines.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.Strong ability in system analysis and design, demonstrating attention to detail.Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent experience.Ability to compete in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Extensive Agile development experience including managing SCRUM process.Extensive experience with creating/managing Agile artifacts including user stories, epics, features, and product backlog items.
