We are looking for a Pharmacovigilance Agreements Specialist, either based in Valencia or Madrid, to cover a temporary leave. As a Pharmacovigilance Agreements Specialist, you will have a vital role in safeguarding the safety and efficiency of our healthcare offerings across multiple countries.
What you will be doingPreparation, editing and upkeep of Pharmacovigilance Agreements (PVAs), collaborating with country Patient Safety (PS) personnel, and engaging in discussions with Third Parties as needed.Working with other collaborators to make sure that relevant business agreements adequately cover Pharmacovigilance (PV) clauses.Participating in the regular review and update of existing PVAs to ensure they meet current standards and regulations.Ensuring Patient Support Programs (PSP) and Marketing Research Programs (MRPs) are registered in the PSP/MRP Tracking system.Managing the Global PVA Repository and the PSP/MRP Tracking system to guarantee accurate record-keeping and adherence to regulations.Addressing questions related to PVAs from PS staff and other stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner.Providing required PVA documentation and support during internal audits and regulatory inspections to ensure successful outcomes.What you will bring:A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a Scientific discipline.Prior background in pharmacovigilance in a pharmaceutical firm.Experience in the management of PVAs is preferred.Proficiency in written and spoken English to effectively communicate with global teams and third parties.Ability to partner successfully with cross-functional teams.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyWhy do you want to work at Baxter?Competitive total compensation package.Professional development opportunities to help you advance your career.High importance placed on work-life balance, evidenced by our Family Responsible Certificate (EFR).Flexible benefits, including childcare vouchers and employee discounts, to support your personal needs.A strong dedication to growing and developing an inclusive and diverse workforce.
