Lundbeck is looking for a **Pharmacokineticist** to join our **PK/PD Modelling & Simulation** team and help advance groundbreaking treatments in neuroscience.
**Your new role**
Step into a pivotal role where your insights will guide the strategic direction of our development projects. You will:
+ Be responsible for the design and data analysis/interpretation of pharmacokinetic (PK) and pharmacodynamics (PD) aspects of preclinical and clinical studies, with focus on the clinical part
+ Be instrumental in the strategic design of the PK/PD plan – ensuring that PK can support the plan and the selected PK/PD analyses are the best and most relevant for the overall clinical development plan
+ Represent the department in cross-functional teams, including responsibility for PK/PD input to global clinical development plans
+ Write scientific reports and prepare documents for PK/PD-related sections in Investigator Brochures, study reports, manuscripts, summaries for regulatory authorities, INDs and BLAs
+ Interpret preclinical PK data to inform human dose projections

You’ll be part of the **Experimental Medicine** organization – a dynamic group that bridges research and development with a focus on biomarkers and translational science. Based at our **headquarters in Valby, Copenhagen** , you’ll collaborate with passionate scientists dedicated to improving brain health.
**What you bring to the team**
We’re looking for someone who combines scientific rigor with curiosity and innovation:
+ BS or MS (at least 4-6 years of industry experience) or PhD, in pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, pharmaceutical science, bioengineering, chemical engineering, or a related discipline
+ A basic physiological understanding to facility collaborations with clinical colleagues
+ Solid research background and interest in understanding PK data in the context of complex biology
+ Working knowledge of PK/PD software (e.g., WinNonlin, NONMEM, R, MATLAB etc.)
+ Proven ability to work independently and be self-motivated
+ Good interpersonal and communication skills; fluent in English
+ Skilled at building partnerships and collaborating with others to meet shared goals
+ Scientifically minded, curious and with an innovative mindset
