Responsibilities

Provides pharmaceutical care in coordination with other health care professionals to deliver safe, appropriate and cost effective drug therapy to patients.

Qualifications

Required:

Minimum education required is a B.S. in pharmacy with 2-years work experience OR a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree. 

Preferred:

An advanced degree (MS, PharmD) or residency. Experience in inpatient, or outpatient pharmacy practice. Board Certification by the Board of Pharmaceutical Specialties. Previous experience in applicable specialty practice area.

License and Certification

Eligible for licensure by the Florida Board of Pharmacy. BLS certification required within 3 months of hire.

Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended. $57.43 - $86.11 / hour

7:00 am - 10:00 pm. 7-days a week including holidays. Shifts vary in length up to 12-hours.
