You’ll apply your clinical expertise to ensure seamless medication preparation and delivery directly to patients’ homes. Join CVS Health where "Health is Everything! **Required Qualifications** -Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy -Active licensure as a practicing pharmacist in Illinois -Familiar with accreditation standards, State and Federal regulations. -Ability to work effectively with minimal direction and as part of interdisciplinary team **Preferred Qualifications** -At least 6 months of previous compounding experience -Sterile Compounding for Aseptic Technique (SCAT) Training Course Completion -Specialty/PBM experience -Licenses in multiple states or ability to obtain a plus **Education** Degree in pharmacy from an accredited School of Pharmacy and must hold a current license as a Registered Pharmacist in the State of Illinois. **Anticipated Weekly Hours** 40 **Time Type** Full time **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $55.53 - $93.08 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
