**Description:**
Oversee and ensure the safe, effective, and efficient distribution and use of medications for patients. Provide clinical pharmacy services and support healthcare teams in delivering optimal care.
**What You Will Do:**
+ Supervise daily pharmacy operations, including medication management and quality improvement activities.
+ Interpret and dispense medication orders while maintaining accurate patient profiles.
+ Monitor patient medication therapy, ensuring safety, effectiveness, and compliance with legal standards.
+ Provide clinical guidance and drug information to healthcare professionals and patients.
+ Participate in patient rounds and collaborate with physicians to optimize medication plans.
+ Maintain pharmacy inventory and handle procurement of medications and supplies.
**Hours/Schedule:**
Full-time, variable shifts, including weekend and holiday rotations.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ **Education:** Bachelor’s degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy. PharmD preferred.
+ **Licensure:** Current Iowa Pharmacist license.
+ **Skills:** High proficiency in language, math, reasoning, and personal computing. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
