Join our collaborative, fast-paced environment!** You'll deliver comprehensive pharmaceutical services, making a direct patient impact, collaborating across disciplines, and guiding future pharmacy professionals. **You will:** + **Clinical Documentation:** Document activities and interventions (consults, patient teachings). + **Order Verification & Dispensing:** Interpret, verify, enter, label, and dispense medications accurately and timely. + **Quality Assurance:** Rigorously verify/check medications prepared by other pharmacy personnel. + **Expert Drug Information:** Communicate drug information to patients and health professionals. + **Problem Resolution:** Resolve drug-related problems by consulting with healthcare providers; clarify orders and assist in drug selection/therapeutic regimens. + **Clinical Services:** Provide basic clinical services for all age groups as required by policy. + **System & Team Management:** Maintain knowledge of automated systems; provide direction/guidance to technicians. + **Education & Mentorship:** Participate in training/mentoring pharmacy students, interns, technicians, residents, and other professionals.
