Role Description

Drive category strategy, portfolio growth, and lifecycle management for Orthopedics segment Identify new product opportunities (e.g., pain management, bone health, joint care) and lead launches Analyze market trends, competition, and doctor insights to shape brand positioning Collaborate with Sales, Medical Affairs, and Supply Chain for execution excellence Manage P&L, pricing strategy, and promotional effectiveness

Experience & Qualifications

8–12 years in Pharma Marketing, with 3–5 years in Orthopedics / Pain Management MBA (Marketing) preferred; B.Pharm / Life Sciences background desirable Proven track record of successful product launches and portfolio growth
