Job DescriptionWarehouse-specific Responsibilities:
Perform incoming material receipt, clinical site drug returns and sample managementReceive, inspect and store all warehouse inventoryExecute sample collection activitiesPerform inventory functions such as weekly replenishment, posting of Excess & Obsolete inventory and min/max changesCoordinate and execute discard process for but not limited to expired and non-available inventoryProcess order management and material staging in support of packaging/labeling work centersEmergency cold vault coverage, when neededPerform regular cycle counts, ensuring system inventory accuracyGeneral Responsibilities:
Maintain current cGMP training and safety training as per site requirements.Comply with cGMP, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and safety regulations in all activities.Report any potential quality events or non-conformance to GMPs/SOPs as soon as they are observed.Ensure all documentation is accurately completed following Good Documentation Practices (GDP).Be prepared for occasional overtime and weekend work as needed to meet production demands.Collaborate with employees within the department and engage in frequent interactions with employees from other departments to ensure operational continuity.Working Conditions:
This position will require standing or walking for extended periods.Must be able to lift up to 25lbs and perform physical tasks.Occasional use manual or electric jack for lifting.QualificationsMinimum Requirements:
Associates degree with 3-5 years of related Warehouse experience or High School Diploma and 5-7 years of related Warehouse experience requiredMust have experience working in a GMP-regulated environment, experience following SOPsAdditional InformationPosition is Full Time, Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm with overtime as needed.
