Job Description

🏗️ What You’ll Do

Receive and check materials coming into the warehouseHandle drug returns and manage samplesStore inventory safely and correctlyCollect samples when neededRestock items each week and update inventory recordsRemove expired or unusable items from storagePrepare and stage materials for packaging and labeling work areasCover cold storage in emergenciesCount inventory regularly to make sure records are correct

📋 General Duties

Keep your safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) training up to dateAlways follow company rules, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and safety guidelinesReport any problems or mistakes right awayFill out paperwork clearly and correctlyBe ready to work overtime or weekends when neededWork well with your team and other departments to keep operations running smoothly

⚙️ Work Conditions

You’ll spend a lot of time standing or walkingYou must be able to lift up to 25 poundsSometimes you’ll use manual or electric pallet jacks

Qualifications

🎓 Requirements

Education/Experience:High School Diploma with 5–7 years of warehouse experience, ORAssociate’s degree with 3–5 years of warehouse experienceMust have experience working in a GMP-regulated environmentMust be able to follow written procedures (SOPs)

Additional Information

Position is full-time, onsite Monday- Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm, position is located in Spring House, PA. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Spring House, PA are encouraged to apply.
