ResponsibilitiesThe Account Executive- Supply Chain at the Dispensary of Hope monitors quality of services and satisfaction amongst the company’s pharmaceutical trading partners in order to build and maintain relationships in the business community.
Responsibilities:
• Develops and presents product and service sales proposals based on company specific
needs.
• Develops and manages recruitment events designed to acquire new manufacturer donors.
• Analyzes supply chain trends and patterns and works closely with Supply Chain associates to
ensure adequate medication supplies.
• Assists the Supply Chain department with the strategic design to select, acquire, retain and
grow the participating industry support base.
• Monitors, recognizes and responds to regulatory changes that impact supply chain safety and
security.
• Participates in monthly and quarterly donor engagement in accordance with supply chain
performance and organizational goals.
• Prepares donor reports and briefings including monthly and annual offering summaries by
donor, dynamic donor target list and other reporting requirements as needed.
• Coordinates the development of sales and marketing literature and materials.
• Provides training and guidance for new account executives.
• Assists in evaluating needs and makes recommendations for services.

Education:
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.Additional Preferences
Bachelor’s degree
• Two (2) years of outside sales, marketing, or related experience preferred
• Experience in account management, sales, marketing or pharmaceutical lead generation
preferred
• Willingness to travel 30%
