Pharma Project Manager

Summary: Seeking an experienced Pharma Project Manager to lead a site expansion project, involving management of cost, schedule, risk, and team coordination.

Job Requirements:

7 years of experience in site expansion Project Management

Ability to be on-site in 5 days a week with potential weekend work

Associate or Bachelor's degree in computer science, life science, business, or related field; or equivalent experience

Strong familiarity with project management tools and methodologies

PMP certification preferred

Preferred Skills:

Proven problem-solving abilities with creative solutions

Experience with the full project life cycle from initiation to completion

Excellent analytical skills

Strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness

Job Responsibilities:

Manage a client's packaging and automated warehouse site expansion

Oversee project details including cost, schedule, and risk management

Report to the PMO Lead as staff augmentation

Lead a team of 15 to 25 individuals with varying degrees of direct report responsibility

Manage internal project scope of work, budgeting, timelines, and change orders

Accountable for material planning and cost control for assigned projects

Handle equipment and resource management for the project(s)

Develop a detailed project schedule and work plan

Conduct internal/client management activities for projects

Address complex technical issues and manage resource allocation

Support team members and liaise with clients regarding changes in project scope or budget

Provide clear updates on projects to stakeholders

Utilize problem-solving skills for equipment/process issues including FMEA and root cause analysis methods

Interface with vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts within budget that meet technical specifications

 

 

 

 



Pay Details: $31.00 to $42.00 per hour
