What You Will Achieve
1. Production OperationsComplete product production work according to the relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and batch production record requirements. Fill in the job log and batch records in accordance with data integrity requirements.
2. Product Quality ControlComply with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements and the Pfizer Quality Standard (PQS) set by the company headquarters. All operations should be performed according to standard operating procedures to ensure effective product quality.
3. Equipment Maintenance and ManagementCarry out effective daily cleaning, maintenance, and operation of production equipment to ensure proper functioning and ensure that equipment is used within the calibration validity period.
4. Safety and HygieneEnsure production safety and maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the production site in accordance with national and company compliance requirements, following the relevant management measures.
5. New Products, New Equipment, and New ProcessesParticipate in trial production of new products and debugging of new equipment to ensure the smooth implementation of new products, new equipment, and new processes.
6. Team SpiritWork together with other employees to achieve team goals, perform shift handovers carefully, and report deviations timely.
7. Employee DisciplineAbide by relevant employee codes of conduct and follow work arrangements.
8. Compliance with Company Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) PoliciesFollow company EHS policies and regulations and complete EHS-related tasks.
9. Compliance with National Laws, Regulations, and PoliciesEnsure all actions comply with national laws and regulatory policies.
10. Assist in Daily Validation and Implementation of New Validation Projects
11. Provide Suggestions for Review and Revision of Relevant Production Documents and SOPs
12. Complete Other Tasks Assigned by Supervisors
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
1. Education/Experience:Secondary specialized school or above, with less than 2 years of work experience in pharmaceutical production operations.2. Special Knowledge:GMP knowledge of the pharmaceutical industryBasic microbiology knowledgePersonal hygiene and behavior normsCleanroom dressing behavior normsAseptic and cleanroom operational normsKnowledge of disinfection and sterilization proceduresBasic knowledge of English and computer skillsOther national pharmaceutical regulations, labor law, environmental protection law, etc.3.
