This role combines consumer insight, brand storytelling, and content strategy to develop impactful creative campaigns that drive brand growth and audience engagement. The ideal candidate blends analytical thinking with big-idea creativity and understands how to connect brand purpose with business objectives. Responsibilities Creative Planning & Strategy: Develop compelling creative strategies rooted in consumer insight, cultural trends, and business goals. Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, and media teams to bring ideas to life. Craft creative briefs that guide and inspire the creative team. Brand & Audience Insight: Analyze audience behavior, content consumption patterns, and cultural movements. Use research, data, and intuition to build brand narratives and campaign platforms. Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and best-in-class campaigns. Campaign Development: Work across channels (digital, social, film, print, influencer, etc.) to develop integrated brand campaigns. Evaluate creative output to ensure alignment with strategy, tone, and effectiveness. Client & Stakeholder Collaboration: Present ideas and strategies to clients or senior leadership with clarity and confidence. Collaborate with account managers, planners, media strategists, and designers throughout the project lifecycle. Content & Innovation: Bring fresh perspectives to branded content, storytelling formats, and platform-specific experiences (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, OTT, etc.). Explore new formats and emerging platforms for campaign ideation. Qualifications Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Advertising, Communication, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field. Familiarity with tools like Google Trends, social listening platforms (e.g., Sprinklr, Meltwater), and creative testing tools. A portfolio of past campaigns or creative briefs showing strong strategic thinking. Additional information 5–8 years of experience in creative strategy, brand planning, or advertising. Strong conceptual and storytelling abilities with a deep understanding of branding. Excellent presentation and communication skills – both visual and verbal. Ability to balance creative thinking with data-driven decisions. Experience working in creative/advertising agencies or in-house brand teams.
