Position overview:

 

Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, our Program Launch Specialist will have as main missions to develop and plan the PFMEA review via reverse FMEA using APIS software,  improve the process poka yoke systems and improve the product quality.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

 

Create the Flow chart and PFMEA for new program/product aligned with the VDA/AIAG requirements. Plan the PFMEA revision meeting involving all departments. Plan the Reverse FMEA activities by doing process walks and IPPM data analysis. Track the PFMEA revision action plan for product/process engineering changes and quality claims. Define a self-control check list for the PFMEA to ensure the product safety Participate to the IATF audit for the PFMEA scope. Audit the product safety process (SC/CC )

 

 

 

Key skills and Qualifications:

 

Technical degree. Quality core tools. Risk assessment skills Critical analysis skills Analytical skills Continuous improve tools Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
