PEX (Process Excellence) team focuses on improving operational efficiency and business performance through process optimization, automation, and data analysis.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development, maintenance, and regular update of Power BI reports to meet data analysis and visualization needsAssist with the translation and preparation of PEX training materials to support the rollout of process improvement initiativesSupport daily PEX activities, including coordination and execution of process optimization projectsProvide support for process automation tools based on business needsRequirementsIT or related technical background, with interest in process improvementProficient in Power BI, with basic data modeling and report design skillsFamiliar with or interested in using process automation / RPA toolsStrong learning ability, communication skills, and team-oriented mindsetGood spoken and listening English skills
