Rotation: 6 weeks on / 3 weeks off

We are seeking a committed Personnel Logistics Coordinator to work in a 6/3 rotation schedule based in Paris from November 10th to the 24th and then, based in Angola during the execution phase, from November 24th until the end of contract.
Job Description:
The service provider will be responsible for the preparation and monitoring of the logistical tasks, management of personnel movements before and during the execution phase of the Dalia Lifex project.
Required Skills: Experience in managing people, ideally in the context of Subsea projects. Management of activities related to staff movements: Immigration/Visa Formalities. Hotel & flight ticket booking. Transportation Management. Crew change management. Formalities for boarding/disembarking on board the boats. Languages: Fluent in English Portuguese would be a plus. Educational Background: Minimum 5-7 years of experience on Subsea projects in Logistics or Operations. Field experience ideally appreciated in Angola. Degree in Business/Logistics/Engineering School.
