About the role
SBH is actively growing and expanding its use of personalized customer experiences and hyper-personalization to better serve our customers individually. This role will be responsible for coordinating and assisting in activities required across personalization operations as well as for personalization sprint planning and roadmap. This role will work under the direction of the Personalization Strategy Lead and will coordinate with the operations and build personalization teams to ensure activities stay on track.

Responsibilities
Managing ongoing updates from the business within personalization experiences like promo, SKU and creative updates that impact the experienceOngoing tracking, reporting and measurement of personalization experiencesWork cross functionally with many other departments to coordinate and execute operational needs and/or to setup a new or optimize an existing personalization experienceAssist in the prioritization of business updates, new personalization features, and experimentsPartner with the Sr. Product Manager to manage backlog of experiments, creative updates, and new featuresSupports two business units under the direction of the Personalization Strategy LeadWork closely with both the Sr. Product Manager managing the personalization roadmap as well as the CRM personalization lead to ensure experiences are coordinated, optimized, and measurable across channelsKnowledge, skills & abilities requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or a related field3-5 years of experience in marketing or e-commerce solutions, with a proven track record of leading personalization strategiesStrong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practicesData savvy; Data analyst skill set is a plusAbility to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environmentExperience with data driven test and learn methodology and practice preferredExperience with personalization platforms and technologies; Experience with Salesforce MCP preferredCompetencies & attributes

The work is sedentary. Typically, the employee may sit comfortably to do the work. However, there may be some walking; standing; bending; carrying of light items such as papers, files, books, small parts; using a keyboard, driving an automobile, etc. No special physical demands are required to perform the work.
This position will be required to work at a computer leveraging technologies and will be required to join video meetings and calls throughout their work day.
