Works with clients in small group, or 1:1 basis Demonstrates and teaches training techniques and movements. Creates and guides clients with personalized exercise plans and routines to reach fitness goals, with a focus on rehabilitation and improvement. Conducts intake assessments and maintains proper notes for athletic clients – FMS Screening Promotes, develops, and implements safety and injury prevention measures for fitness equipment and exercises. Provides appropriate injury assessment and care, making referrals to other treatment providers as appropriate (Chiropractic Care, OMM, Nutrition, Massage) Monitors and evaluates client progress and adjusts workout plan accordingly. Participates in programs focused on wellness, injury prevention, and fitness for active participants (Group fitness).
