+ Works with clients in small group, or 1:1 basis + Demonstrates and teaches training techniques and movements. + Creates and guides clients with personalized exercise plans and routines to reach fitness goals, with a focus on rehabilitation and improvement. + Conducts intake assessments and maintains proper notes for athletic clients – FMS Screening + Promotes, develops, and implements safety and injury prevention measures for fitness equipment and exercises. + Provides appropriate injury assessment and care, making referrals to other treatment providers as appropriate (Chiropractic Care, OMM, Nutrition, Massage) + Monitors and evaluates client progress and adjusts workout plan accordingly. + Participates in programs focused on wellness, injury prevention, and fitness for active participants (Group fitness). + Nationally recognized personal training certification or College Degree in related Health & Fitness fields + B.S.
