What you'll do:
Prepare, review, and process applications, endorsements, binders, and invoicing via TAM/EPIC and carrier portalsRecommend additional coverages to clients and assist with renewals, cancellations, and policy changesBuild strong relationships by communicating effectively through calls, emails, etc.Maintain detailed electronic client files, manage renewal lists, and support special projects as neededRespond promptly to client and underwriter inquiries, providing expert guidance on coverage options and risk managementWhat you bring:
2 to 5 years of personal lines experience within a brokerage environmentRIBO license is requiredSolid understanding of personal lines underwriting and coveragesFamiliarity with Epic and/or Compuquote is a plusComfortable on the phone, with excellent communication and organizational skillsTech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteSelf-motivated problem solver with keen attention to detail and the ability to work independently or collaborativelyCompensation & Benefits:
