The PCA (Personal Care Aide) position lasts for 120 days and at the end of the training, you will be expected to pass the CNA test in order to be added to the NC registry for certified nursing assistants.

Looking for hospitality aide to help nursing team on the floor with indirect care. MUST PASS CNA TRAINING COURSE WITHIN 120 DAYS.

REQUIRMENTS LOOKING FOR: 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong ability to make independent decisions and work without direct supervision. 

Ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government personnel, and the public. 

Would like to have someone with LTC experience and/or experience with residents in a healthcare setting.

Must be knowledgeable of computer systems and applications. 

Excellent customer service focus.
