As a Senior Personal Banker, Home Borrowing, you play a key role in guiding clients through the home borrowing process with expertise, clarity, and a focus on their unique financial needs. You provide personalized lending solutions by conducting thorough financial assessments and leveraging TD tools to ensure well-informed recommendations. You prioritize client trust and satisfaction while maintaining balanced value for both the bank and clients. Your success is measured by client feedback, quality of advice, and lending growth, while consistently upholding compliance standards and delivering exceptional client experiences. **In this role, you will:** + Own the client experience and build long-term relationships. + Help clients borrow wisely by focusing on personalized lending advice. + Go beyond the initial need and identify opportunities to deepen the client relationship by introducing One TD partners for all banking needs including but not limited to lending and investing. + Build trust and protect clients, colleagues, and the Bank + Find ways to simplify processes for colleagues and clients and use your voice to influence change. + Be committed to your growth & training. Strengthening capabilities to ensure you provide elevated advice to our clients. **What do you need to succeed?** **Must-have** + High School diploma. + Required Accreditation: Investment Funds Canada (IFC) or equivalent, and Certificate in Financial Services Advice (CFSA) – FP1 & PFSA, or equivalent. + Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in the financial services industry managing client relationships, providing complex financial advice with strong knowledge of RESL (Real Estate Secured Lending). + Deep knowledge and expertise in mortgage origination business and home financing products. + In-depth knowledge of investing, day-to-day banking, and all other TD products and services. + Client focused mindset while maintaining accountability for responsible, strategic pricing practices & financial outcomes. + Problem solving and people skills to de-escalate challenging situations and resolve client complaints with empathy and efficiency + Strong regulatory, AML, and compliance knowledge to support a culture of integrity. + Drive to engage in client outreach and community presence to acquire new assets and deepen client relationships. + The ability to work a rotation across branch hours of operation to ensure we deliver advice when clients need it. **Nice-to-have** + Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree in a related field is preferred. + Other accreditations (ie.
