The Personal Assistant to General Manager provides high-level administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the executive office. This role involves managing the GM's schedule, handling confidential correspondence, coordinating internal and external communications, organizing meetings, and supporting key business initiatives.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of professionalism and discretion.

QualificationsMinimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar executive support role, preferably in a hospitality or corporate environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Professional demeanor, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information.Flexible and able to work beyond regular office hours if required.
