Committed to scientific rigor and operational excellence, we support all phases of drug development, ensuring high data integrity and accelerating transformative therapies. **Join us on our exciting journey!** **Job Overview:** The role encompasses high-impact tasks: + Executive-Level Calendar & Communication Management + Manage VP and GM daily calendars, EMEA LT email requests, and global leader meetings. + Coordinate Global Central Lab Team and Global Central Lab Leadership meetings, including agenda preparation, presenter coordination, slide decks, and SharePoint updates Organise Edinburgh site visits, external visitor logistics, catering, and IT support. Support audits, CSR and WIN committee events, and major site activities (e.g., Dinner Dance, Lab Week, Carnival). Provide executive travel support and process expenses via Concur, ensuring compliance and timely reimbursement. Manage MS Teams and folder access for HRBPs (HR Business Partner) and leadership, ensuring secure and efficient collaboration.
