Responsibilities\nManage the Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments, \nOrganize internal and external meetings including preparing agendas, documents, minutes, and follow-up actions.\nPreparing the refreshments for the clients prior to the meetings\nHandle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.\nAct as the first point of contact for internal and external parties on behalf of the Director.\nDraft, review, and manage emails, letters, presentations, minutes other business correspondence.\nCoordinate communication flow between the Business Development team and other departments.\nMaintain and update files, records, and reports relevant to business development activities.\nProcess expenses, claims, and invoices in compliance with DHL policies.\nAssist in term of the transportation arrangements when Director required for site vising.\n\n
Qualifications & Requirements\nMinimum Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field.\nMinimum 2 years years of experience in a personal assistant or executive assistant role, preferably supporting senior-level executives.\nExperience in a multinational or logistics-related environment is an added advantage.\nExcellent verbal and written communication in English.\nStrong time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.\nHigh degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.\nProficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).\nProactive, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.\n
