Our client, a global investment and technology development firm, is seeking a Receptionist in New York City. The hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am-6:00 pm (with occasional 8:30am-5:30pm shifts).

Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for investors, visitors, and employees, ensuring a warm and professional welcomeManage front desk operations, including answering calls, triaging inquiries, and maintaining a polished reception areaSchedule and coordinate conference room bookings, ensuring all setups are complete and conflicts are resolvedCollaborate with other reception teams across offices to standardize responses and proceduresAct as a concierge for internal and external stakeholders, assisting with business cards, parking passes, and museum membershipsLiaise with the food services team to coordinate offerings and troubleshoot platform issues

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required0-2+ years of experience in reception, hospitality, or related customer-facing rolesStrong interpersonal skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindsetAbility to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with Microsoft Outlook and the full Office suite a plus

Compensation:
