Pull and pay for permits; track install fees and permit status in ExcelAdd permit applications and issued permits to the installation calendarSchedule inspections, duct blast tests, and coordinate corrections with technicians, carpenters, electricians, inspectors, and customersCoordinate same-day corrections and reinspections when possible to support customer satisfactionCommunicate with inspectors and customers to confirm inspection timeframesReview daily inspection results and notify teams of failed itemsUpload passed inspection reports to the installation calendarFollow up on installations not coded out or delayed due to materials or failed inspection itemsReconcile monthly permit and inspection fees (AOR, plumbing, reinspections, certified letters, warranty) in Concur and ExcelSend certified letters as neededRespond to quality assurance inquiries and provide documentationManage email communication regarding installations, inspections, and customer concernsUpdate AOR permitting tracking sheet dailyClose inspection-related emails in FreshdeskSchedule AOR and go-back calls in ConnectRegister equipment for new AOR installations
What You’ll Bring
High school diploma or GED requiredPrior administrative or permitting experience preferredStrong Excel and Microsoft Office skillsAbility to coordinate multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and follow-up skillsHigh attention to detail and organizational skills
