Qualifications & Skills Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution. • 3–5 years of experience working with children, preferably in a school or behavioral health setting. • Experience with classical education or integrated humanities instruction preferred. Skills & Attributes • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Demonstrated classroom management ability. • Calm, thoughtful decision-making in unexpected or emergent situations. • Ability to collaborate joyfully and work in a mission-driven Catholic environment. Requirements • Ability to pass a background check and fingerprinting. • Negative TB test (current). • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. • Authorization to work in the United States.
