Under the direction of a registered nurse, responsible for providing support to nursing staff and assisting in the delivery of patient care following departmental and hospital policies and procedures. **Responsibilities:** * Transports patients. * Performs basic patient care duties. * Performs general unit support activities such as cleaning of rooms, running errands, stocking supplies. * Assists with basic desk duties such as answering phones and order entry. * Performs other related responsibilities as necessary. Required: * High school diploma or equivalent. * BLS certification as Healthcare Provider or equivalent through the Military Training Network (MTN).
