team who oversees the current and future development implementation and evaluation of site specific obstetric patient safety education and quality initiatives Examples include but are not limited to the national perinatal patient safety bundles and the Joint Commission Elements of Performance for Maternal SafetyThe Perinatal Safety Nurse also serves as a champion for the system wide Maternal
