Job Duties: 

Must have relevant work experience conducting PERFORMANCE Testing/Engineering of mission-critical applications. Must have strong hands-on experience working with Microfocus Load Runner (On Premise/Cloud)/ Performance Center/LRE & Develop automated scripts in VUGen for the initiatives using protocols such as Web (HTTP(s)/HTML), Webservices etc.Should be expertise in creating Performance Test Strategy, Performance scripting, Test execution, Workload modelling, Performance Test Analysis and ReportingMust have knowledge about executing different performance tests like load/stress/soak etc.Should have hands-on expertise on JMeter at least for 1 yearExperienced in gathering non-functional requirements, requirement analysis, developing test plan, creating effort estimations, Scripting, Execution, Analysis and Reporting, Resource Capacity & Planning, Server/DB monitoring & tuning, performing performance impact analysis, conducting peer/lead reviews, daily/weekly status reporting, impact analysis and root cause analysis.Defining the strategy for enabling performance diagnostics and monitoring through the use of an Application Performance Management (APM) tool like Dynatrace One Agent, other monitoring tools, and diagnostic techniques.Profiling application performance and suggest tuning opportunities across the application stackAbility to engage with development teams to push shift left performance engineering during all phases of the SDLC.From Performance Engineering aspect, should have good exposure on performance analysis on multiple technologies technology – Java/JVM, Database tuning.Conduct Architectural & Technical reviews during software development life cycle and to identify potential bottlenecks and provide suggestions for performance improvements.Develop dashboards and reports to provide ongoing visibility into the performance of client applications.Plan and manage deliverables for: performance diagnostic, capacity planning, performance architecture design, performance tuning, and performance monitoring.Good to have AWS and OpenShift Environments exposureExcellent communication skills, excellent reporting and presentations skills.Good to have RPA (Automation Anywhere) knowledge. 

Education: The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above specialty occupation duties is a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent is required closely related field with relevant experience.
