The RTM Sr. Specialist is responsible for support the strategic agenda of RTM for the CCA Cluster, aiming to achieve the company's commercial and financial objectives to ensure its long-term sustainability. The position requires strategic planning, negotiation, and persuasion skills, the ability to develop financial models that drive business profitability, and a comprehensive understanding of the entire value chain to engage with diverse stakeholders. Finally, the role requires the ability to coordinate activities across multiple markets and functional areas.
The Sr. Performance Specialist for CCA is responsible for defining, standardizing, and maintaining performance metrics across all commercial teams & levels and business categories (CC, P1, P4, P5). This role ensures that OGSM KPIs are clear, objective, and free from interpretation, creating a sustainable methodology that simplifies measurement and drives consistency over time. The position will act as a key partner to senior stakeholders, aligning processes and ways of working to establish agreements that endure and support long-term business performance.
Your day to day:
Develop and implement a comprehensive catalog of KPIs for all CCA commercial categories, ensuring clarity, consistency, and long-term applicability.Collaborate with senior-level stakeholders to define critical performance metrics, align methodologies, and secure buy-in for standardized processes.Establish a robust framework for OGSM governance to maintain relevance and accuracy over time, minimizing subjectivity in performance evaluation.Drive alignment on ways of working across teams, ensuring that performance measurement processes are integrated and streamlined.Leverage strong numerical and analytical skills to validate data sources, ensure accuracy, and provide insights that support decision-making.Monitor the effectiveness of OGSM KPIs and recommend enhancements to maintain alignment with evolving business needs.
Who we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.2-3 years in commercialStrong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar), KPI design, and performance frameworks.Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage senior stakeholders and build consensus across diverse teams.High level of maturity, strong numerical background, and comfort working with senior leadership.
