Performance Media Manager Job Description: The Performance Media Manager (UKIA) supports the planning, briefing, execution, optimisation and reporting of Biddable Paid Media. Covering the UK, Ireland, Africa Middle East and Australasia regions, the role is critical to our commercial success. The Performance Media Manager (UKIA) is responsible for the day-to-day collaboration between our Regional Marketing and Performance Agency teams, and has a strong, demonstrated knowledge of Paid Search and Social biddable channel experience. This role is hybrid, based from our London office, 3 days a week. About the team: We partner with our global Paid Media agency to deliver best-in-class Digital media plans, focused on Biddable media channels, driving to digital conversion actions delivering digital leads and ecommerce sales of our accounting technology plans and products. We target different B2B audiences with the right message, in the right place, at the right time. Our ambition is for our always-on Paid Media investment to be as efficient and effective as possible...always! Key Responsibilities: What you will be doing: You will be responsible for the day-to-day ownership of all biddable plans for selected business units, acting for the Paid Media team, and managing monthly budgets accurately between Regional Marketing and Agency teams, with a focus on optimising paid search campaigns to achieve our targets. Your responsibilities will consist of contributing to briefs for Biddable Media covering UKIA markets and supporting our end-to-end planning process. You will ensure seamless deployment of Paid Media investment in Biddable platforms against CPA and unit targets whilst building effective relationships with other internal channel leads and internal stakeholders. You will be expected to drive efficiencies in our planning and execution of biddable media using automation and AI tools and workflows. Why join the team?
