We are looking to add a performance measures analyst, sr., to the partner relation & Labor Relations Business Operations and Strategy team. This role will play a key part in advancing the Starbucks Experience by designing and implementing performance measurement programs and processes that support both the partner relations and Labor Relations Centers of Excellence.  

 

In this role, you will deliver both routine and ad-hoc data analysis, along with automated reporting solutions, to support partners across all levels of the organization. You’ll play a key role in advancing strategic priorities by developing forecasting models, analyzing capacity and complexity, and surfacing actionable insights through trend analysis. Your contributions will enable smarter, data-driven decisions and foster continuous improvement in alignment of enterprise strategy. 

 

As a performance measures analyst, sr., you will… 

 

·       Administer day-to-day operations of the performance measures program. Develop and produce special and periodic reports for key metrics. Provide performance measures analysis and information to internal customers. Conduct analyses as needed for management decision making and communicate results. 

·       Ensure the execution of performance measures methodology and resolve quality control issues. Build and document processes to ensure the integrity and quality of performance measures data. Develop and implement program and project improvements. 

·       Perform research and analysis for new initiatives; identify, analyze and communicate trends and issues affecting performance measures results. Work cross-functionally to understand strategic business needs and provide analysis, interpretation, and recommendations for key decision making. 

We’d love to hear from people with: 

 

·       5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence role, with a focus on strategic insights. 

·       Advanced experience with data visualization tools Tableau, and Power BI, with a proven ability to visualize data effectively. 

·       Strong proficiency in SQL and experience querying large-scale databases, particularly those containing confidential data. 

·       Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights that address key challenges and opportunities. 

·       Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively influence leaders and business stakeholders with data-driven narratives. 

·       Experience with Databricks and ServiceNow preferred. 

·       Project management experience is a plus.

*If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above.  For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above. 

 

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.  At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
