The Integrated Marketing Leader is a strategic role focused on developing and leading comprehensive marketing programs that seamlessly integrate across multiple channels and touchpoints. This individual will lead a team of marketing professionals to ensure consistent brand messaging, cohesive campaign execution, and alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing innovative integrated marketing strategies that drive measurable results and possess strong leadership capabilities to inspire and guide their team toward achieving marketing excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Lead best-practices review of media and creative strategies to maximize ROI of campaignsDevelop and implement comprehensive integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectivesBuild and maintain a high-performing marketing team through effective leadership, coaching, and professional developmentCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing objectives and consistent brand messagingShape the strategic & execution vision for communications across digital marketsGuide budget allocation across channels to optimize performance & ROILead the planning and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns spanning diverse platformsDrive innovation in marketing approaches & adopt emerging technologies & channelsOperational Excellence
Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, measure ROI, and provide regular reports to leadershipEstablish KPIs and metrics to track marketing effectiveness across channelsTrack performance of campaigns to provide data-backed insights to optimize campaigns and find new opportunity areasManage company and product branding initiatives and standardsEnsure alignment between marketing activities and sales objectives to drive revenue growthMaintain good relationships with major stakeholders in the companyLead the marketing team to brainstorm new marketing ideas for digital and social mediaFoster cross-functional collaboration between marketing specialties to create unified campaignsWhat we are looking for
8+ years of experience in marketing with at least 3 years in leadership positionsProven track record of developing and implementing successful integrated marketing strategiesExperience leading and developing marketing teams of 10+ employeesStrong organizational, leadership, and communication skillsDeep understanding of multiple marketing channels including digital, social, content, events, and traditional mediaProficiency in analytics tools and data-driven decision makingStrong communication, presentation, and leadership skillsExperience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systemsAbility to manage complex and multi-channel campaignsStrategic mindset with ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing plansInternational marketing experienceKnowledge of digital transformation and emerging marketing technologiesProven ability to increase marketing effectiveness and efficiencyExperience with change management and organizational developmentExperience with marketing resource management and workflow optimizationPreferred Qualifications:
