Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
• Build and own Miraggio’s performance marketing roadmap for D2C and marketplaces.
• Define, track, and deliver against key growth metrics – ROAS, CAC, LTV, revenue contribution.
• Manage and optimize paid media budgets across Meta, Google, YouTube, affiliates, and emerging platforms.
Campaign Execution
• Plan and execute paid campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, Programmatic, etc.).
• Collaborate with creative and brand marketing teams to design thumb-stopping ad creatives and optimized landing pages.
• Drive funnel-based marketing (acquisition, retargeting, and retention campaigns).
Analytics & Optimization
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize for cost-efficiency and scale.
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
• Generate insights from data to refine future campaigns and identify new growth opportunities.
Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Brand Marketing, CRM, and Sales teams to align on customer journey and growth targets.
• Coordinate with agencies, ad platforms, and external partners to maximize ROI.
Innovation & Growth
• Experiment with new digital channels, influencer collaborations, affiliate models, and growth hacks.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in luxury/fashion D2C marketing.
Key Skills & Qualifications
• 5-7 years of experience in performance marketing for D2C/e-commerce brands (luxury/fashion preferred).
• Proven expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube and strong understanding of omni-channel growth.
• Hands-on experience with GA4, or other attribution tools.
• Strong analytical skills with comfort in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL/BI tools a plus.
• Creative sensibility to work with design/brand teams for impactful communication.
• Ability to manage large budgets and deliver measurable business impact
