A reputable Consumer Health company based in Cairo, Egypt is seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize digital performance campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and a strong track record of driving measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets Manage and optimize campaigns across key channels including Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital platforms Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and continuously optimize for ROI, CAC, and ROAS Lead media planning, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure efficient resource allocation Collaborate with cross-functional teams (brand, medical, regulatory, sales) to ensure alignment and compliance Partner with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics with actionable insights Manage external agencies and vendors where applicable Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices Ensure all digital activities comply with local regulations and company policies Requirements: Minimum 7 years of overall experience in digital/performance marketing At least 2 years in a Performance Marketing Manager role Experience within Consumer Health, FMCG, or related industries Background in marketing agencies (preferred) or strong in-house experience Proven track record in managing and optimizing high-budget campaigns Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and analytics tools Strong analytical and data-driven mindset Experience with tracking tools such as Google Analytics and Tag Manager Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Digital marketing certifications are a plus Key Competencies: Data-Driven Decision Making Strategic Thinking Performance Optimization Leadership & Collaboration Problem Solving Results-Oriented Mindset What The Company Offers: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work with a leading Consumer Health organization Dynamic and collaborative environment Strong career growth opportunities
