Performance Marketing
Collaboration with Brand Teams: Manage all owned and vendor digital marketing channels including social channels, website, CRM on Acquisition and Performance CampaignDaily Agency Liaison: Actively liaise with agencies on daily basis to monitor daily performance in adherence to monthly targetsBudget Management: Oversee budget allocation across channels to achieve the optimal media mix, that ensures delivery of set KPIsProactive Issue Resolution: Identify issues promptly and propose media solutions with a quick turnaround to mitigate any negative impact on campaign performance.CRM Co-ordination: Work closely with CRM team to monitor on-going Lead volume, quality metrics, New User targets and drive efficienciesContent Management
Lead Content Execution: Oversee all aspects of content execution, including measurement, A/B testing, and tracking.Full Funnel Orchestration: Manage the entire funnel flow from paid to owned to earned content.Audience Targeting and Segmentation: Review and refine audience targeting and segmentation executions (ex: Prospecting Vs Look-A-Like Vs Re-targeting)Inflight Adjustments: Implement real-time adjustments to optimize campaign performance.Content Distribution and Optimization: Lead the distribution and optimization of content, providing insights and recommendations to brand teams on opportunities for personalization.Knowledge, Experience and Education:
Education: Bachelor's degreeYears of experience, both overall and any industry-specific experience needed: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Digital Media, Performance Marketing, E-commerce, prefer candidate with agencies background Other qualifications/certifications: A solid understanding of the use of social media channels (Facebook, Google, Tiktok,..), strong performance optimization knowledge, especially regarding lower funnel.
