Performance Marketing Lead
OVERVIEW
The Performance Marketing Lead will play a pivotal role in supporting cross-functional marketing efforts that enhance brand growth, drive audience engagement, and optimize the marketing funnel. The individual in this role leverages data insights, analytics, and innovative marketing tactics to optimize campaign outcomes. They ensure clear alignment across marketing teams on strategies supporting audience planning and cross-channel test-and-learn initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing, the candidate will work collaboratively across teams supporting seamless integration of performance activities ensuring marketing efforts are data-driven, efficient, and aligned with business objectives.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performance Marketing & Data-Driven Decision-Making
Collaboration and Integration
Partner cross-functionally with leaders in paid media, SEO, CRM, Marketing Strategy Intelligence, and website optimization to align efforts and ensure cohesive performance goals.Act as a key liaison between performance marketing, marketing intelligence, and creative teams, ensuring optimization of campaign assets to meet audience and channel needs.Facilitate alignment between marketing strategies and business goals through regular communication with stakeholders.Cross-Channel Test-and-Learn Initiatives
Collaborate with Test & Learn team to develop and manage cross-channel test-and-learn plans that deliver insights which enhance campaign performance and efficiency.Liaise with channel-specific leads (e.g., paid media, SEO, social) to define performance approaches and tests that align with overarching business objectives.Track, analyze, and communicate key learnings to inform future marketing strategies.Audience Planning & Funnel Optimization
Lead audience segmentation and planning to ensure marketing efforts target the most relevant customer groups.Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for improvement across the customer journey, from awareness to conversion.Integrate audience insights across channels and throughout the marketing funnel to enhance engagement and conversion.Work with analytics teams to refine audience strategies using data-driven insights.

Additional Job DescriptionQUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of marketing, marketing strategy, agency, or management consulting experience, with a strong interest or focus on digital, ecommerce, performance marketing, data analytics, and campaign optimization.1-2 years crafting compelling, simple, executive ready strategy decks; strong level of comfort with PowerPoint.High level of proficiency in Excel and marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, CRM platforms, and data visualization software; high comfort level with dataStrong organizational and analytical skills, creative problem-solving, and attention to detail.Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for simplifying complex ideas for diverse audiences.
