The Digital Marketing team at Worcester Bosch is at the forefront of driving the Company’s online presence and customer engagement. We are a dynamic and innovative team responsible for developing and executing digital strategies that enhance brand awareness, generate leads and support our customers with engaging and informative content.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Being a driving force behind our digital communications strategy, with a strong focus on email marketing as a key channel for engagement, lead nurturing and conversion.Manage and optimise campaign communication and user journeys to improve campaign performance.Leading the planning, creation, and optimisation of targeted email campaigns from automated workflows to newsletters, designed to engage audiences and drive conversions.Support with multi-channel campaigns, including brand awareness and lead generation.Crafting digital communications strategies that align with customer journeys and business objectives, ensuring messaging is consistent, timely and effective across all touchpoints.Monitoring and analysing campaign performance across platforms, delivering insights and recommendations to improve open rates, CTRs, engagement and ROI.Collaborating with creative, content, and product teams to develop compelling messaging and assets tailored to different stages of the funnel.Supporting wider performance marketing efforts including SEO, CRO, and affiliate marketing to build a connected and optimised digital ecosystem.Mapping and refining user journeys across digital channels, and working closely with content creators to deliver relevant, personalised content that guides users through the funnel.Interested? QualificationsEducation requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications or related field.Skills & Attributes:
Experience in all areas of digital marketing, with a focus on email and performance channels.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.Familiarity with performance marketing channels such as paid media, SEO, CRO and affiliate marketing.A proactive mindset with a passion for testing, learning and optimising.Proven track record of managing successful campaigns.Additional InformationDeadline for Applications: 06.06.25

37 hours per week – standard working pattern of 08:30 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:30 – 16:30 Friday with a 1-hour lunchbreak
