Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital channels Drive lead generation campaigns with a strong focus on ROI and conversion optimization Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights using analytics tools Conduct A/B testing, audience targeting, and creative optimization for improved campaign effectiveness Manage budgets efficiently to maximize campaign performance Collaborate closely with internal marketing teams and external stakeholders to achieve business goals Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices Candidate Profile 3–4 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media Hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Strong understanding of campaign optimization, analytics, and budget management Proven experience in lead generation and ROI-focused marketing campaigns Good knowledge of digital marketing tools and market trends Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage
