We have an exciting opportunity for a Performance Manager to join the Siemens Mobility Performance team, based at one of our Thameslink depots in Three Bridges. In this role, you will be responsible for developing performance indicators to monitor the reliability and efficiency of the Thameslink fleet. You will also identify, define, and implement improvements to fleet performance in line with project targets..
You’ll make a difference by ….Leading the implementation and ongoing management of performance regimes, developing KPIs to track and improve Thameslink fleet reliability.Monitoring performance trends and driving improvement initiatives in line with project targets and contractual commitments.Managing and developing the Fleet Performance Team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.Acting as the main point of contact for customer engineering teams, supporting performance discussions and investigating technical incidents.Ensuring completion and review of technical investigations to accurately determine root causes and drive engineering solutions.Promoting a strong health, safety, and environmental culture, ensuring compliance with Siemens policies and leading by example in team wellbeing and development
Your success will be grounded by…Rolling stock experience in either: performance, technical, design, commissioning, maintenance or operational environments.Strong Project Management skills Proven team management and leadership experienceGood understanding of train-borne IT systems and train control technologiesExperience in a customer-facing environmentThe ability to operate and develop spreadsheets and databases
