Performance Manager

The Performance Manager has responsibility for coordinating with our Analytics function, as well as overseeing account technology and performance support programs., This role ensures data-driven insights support all aspects of account service delivery. The client relationship for technology is high-profile and critical to account success. Growing analytics capability throughout the account is an important deliverable.

Performance management:

Translate client business objectives into an information management and business intelligence strategy for the account

Ensure all data is routinely updated and manage all analysis

Provide monthly Account KPI reporting and participate in the development of new or refinement of existing KPIs

Promote and enable the import/export of best practices to and from JLL, and link the account to emerging practices in the industry

Devise and promote creative data visualization

Act as Program Manager for technology-related projects and initiatives including Corrigo

Oversee all aspects of account technology systems and data management including JLL and Client systems linkages (Market, PAT, etc.)

Collaborate with BI team on creative data visualization initiatives

Oversee asset management and compliance team members to ensure Corrigo system is maintained up to date and all required assets are properly maintained according to compliance requirements

Manage and reduce operational risk by systematically documenting, tracking, and maintaining policies and procedures

Support CMMS account operations with JLL platform

Leadership:

Identify savings and improvement opportunities, or problems requiring innovative solutions

Regular reporting and updates to clients, ensuring full understanding of progress, direction and expected results at all times

Promote success powerfully, such that our client recognizes the value of your work

Leads team to deliver quality, data driven results.

Participation in client driven programs that, brings best practices and value for the  department.

Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize workflow processes and eliminate operational inefficiencies

Coordinate with BI analysts to obtain necessary data and insights to support operational improvement efforts

Lead compliance initiatives and ensure team adherence to established policies and procedures

Skills and knowledge:

·       Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)

·       Strong analytical skills with a track record of identifying potential issues proactively and formulating solutions and contingency plans

·       Process Management experience or demonstrated skills that are results driven; have the ability to analyze, act, and implement to ensure we achieve desired results

·       Strong leadership, organizational and execution skills

·       Client relationship management skills.  Must be highly credible in front of senior executive-level client personnel.  Represent ideas effectively with strong persuading and influencing skills and powerfully communicate the value of the real estate team successes.

Other skills:

·       Experience extrapolating and visualing data to derive actionable intelligence

·       Experience with Microsoft Business Intelligence stack (Sharepoint, PowerPivot, PowerView, Power Query)

Advanced user of Microsoft Office 2010 or later

Estimated compensation for this position:

126,500.00 – 183,370.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
