Santander Performance Manager
What this job involves
We are currently seeking a Performance Manager to join our Center of Excellence team supporting a strategic Financial Services client across all account service lines (Integrated Facility Management, Mobile Engineering Services, Engineering, Project Development Services, HSSE, Finance, Sourcing, Energy & Sustainability Services). This role serves as a critical liaison within our cross-functional team structure, driving operational excellence, standardization, and continuous improvement across the account.
Core Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive Process/Program/Technology Gap Analysis with Client and JLL Service Line Leads
• Identify and document best practice solutions for client implementation across single and multiple service lines
• Develop and maintain account-wide standardization tools including Training Guides, Playbooks, and SOPs
• Participate in cross-functional workshops to capture institutional knowledge and embed best practices
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives and change management processes
• Design, develop, and deliver training programs for both client and JLL service line teams
• Conduct routine training sessions and refresher courses to ensure consistent service delivery
• Create comprehensive onboarding programs for new JLL team members
• Maintain training documentation and track completion metrics across all service lines
• Support technology platforms including Corrigo, AdaptiveWork, Canopy, Property Hub, Technology Access Tool (TAT), SharePoint Sites, Dashboards, Smartsheets and other JLL technologies
• Serve as liaison for client system integrations and technology adoptions
• Partner with Business Intelligence teams to develop automated reporting solutions and dashboards
• Ensure seamless technology transitions and user adoption across service lines
• Conduct regular risk assessments across all service lines and identify potential operational, financial, and compliance risks
• Develop and maintain comprehensive risk registers with mitigation strategies and ownership assignments
• Coordinate with service line leads to implement risk mitigation controls and procedures
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations, JLL policies, and client-specific compliance requirements
• Develop and maintain compliance tracking systems and reporting mechanisms
• Partner with Legal and Compliance teams to interpret regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments
• Conduct regular compliance audits and coordinate remediation activities
• Ensure policy updates are communicated effectively and training is provided as needed
• Monitor policy adherence and implement corrective actions when deviations are identified
• Maintain documentation version control and approval workflows
• Support internal and external audit activities by providing documentation and evidence
• Establish and enforce data governance standards across all service lines and client interactions
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and security in all reporting and analytics
• Establish performance benchmarks and tracking metrics for each service area
• Identify performance trends and recommend improvement actions
• Maintain KPI data accuracy and validate reporting sources
• Prepare executive-level performance summaries for client and internal leadership
• Track SLA compliance and escalate performance issues as needed

Required Skills & Experience
• Advanced Excel, Microsoft Office and PowerPoint
• Experience with KPI development, data analysis, and performance reporting
• Proficiency with reporting tools and dashboards
• Strong presentation and documentation skills
Preferred Experience
• 1-3 years professional experience (consulting or financial services preferred)
• Bachelor's degree
• Risk management or compliance experience preferred
• Experience with performance management and KPI reporting systems

Estimated compensation for this position:
82,000.00 – 98,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
