Sometimes, issues might get tricky, and this is where cooperation in preventing them is a result of collaboration between our IT support teams and specialists. We are looking for a new colleague who would drive our major visions forward, in areas covering range of topics related to transparency of our KPI results numbers and PO process.You will have a special focus on using our PowerBI reports and transferring data into meaningful information by analyzing the gap between desired and actual results.You will corporate with Heads of departments and follow up on agreed steps to achieve the best results possible. You will also be reviewing Purchase Orders and ensuring they are approved correctly, which will provided essential information to our Controlling team. Your other interactions will be vendors and finance teams.
Ready to embark on the journey? Here’s what we are looking for: As a Performance Management Expert, having a basic understanding of controlling role in organization is a huge plus. Data driven and details-oriented mind will be an integral part of this role. You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.

Great TeamHi, my name is Henrieta and I’m a team manager. I started my career at DHL IT Services back in 2008, when I took a role as Telecom Infrastructure Associate in DHL in the Network Operations team. Gaining more hands-on experience with service planning has always fascinated me, so I moved to the Proposal Management team. From there, I moved fast through the company ladder and soon landed in a Project Management of Infrastructure Projects and Programs in DHL. In 2022, I moved to a management role, being Head of Portfolio & Performance Management. Together with the strong support of a multinational & diverse team, we are working on our common ambition – technology. Looking forward to having you onboard!
