About the Role

The position is responsible for the success of Rookies Advisors by handholding, managing, and leading certain cohort numbers of the NGE / NGA and ensuring that they successfully graduate from the program. It is also responsible for executing all agency strategies and plan to achieve the setting agency objectives.

Conduct daily business coaching session every morning for all NGA / NGE by strictly following the daily and weekly structureMonitor and track daily sales activities of each Rookies Advisor in respective batch according to the approved standardOrganize sales activity platform to support Rookies Advisors on the weekly basis such as selling seminar, roadshow, customer presentation, or webinarRegularly schedule and conduct one to one coaching to improve Rookies Advisor performance based on need analysis outcomeOrganize intervention training session based on the outcome of need analysis to ensure performance improvement and on trackWork closely with relevant stakeholders such as agency leaders, business development, training, and management, to get support and help Rookies Advisors achieve the objectivesReport updated performance to the agency management on weekly basisJoin the assessment for NGE / NGA Recruitment to ensure the quality recruitsPerform other tasks required by the NGE / NGA Program
