This role will be based in Germany. The position reports directly to the Head of Operational Excellence for Europe/AMWA CCA.
YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE
The Performance Manager for Germany and Italy will be one of the leaders of CCA with a clear goal of developing a performance culture in the aggregates business.
Assist in enhancing the technical competence and operational excellence of our organization, working closely with country management (General and Regional Managers, Technical and Sales Directors and site managers).
Plan, communicate and lead quarry optimization visits with participation of operations, Quality Control, Commercial and logistics teams in Germany and Italy and help other PI Managers in Europe.
Help with the implementation of digital tools to improve business performance.
Coordinate and deliver training in Germany, Italy and other European countries.
YOUR PROFILE
University degree, preferably in Mining Engineering or related field qualifications.
At least 5 years’ experience of aggregates management in a high level operational role including at least 3 years in a direct quarry management role.
Fluent in German and English. Knowledge in Italian is an asset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in preparation of reports and presentations.
Willingness to travel on a frequent basis.
