We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Software Engineering

In this role, you will:

Devise, implement, and oversee performance and reliability strategies across various HSBC WPB product lines.Contribute to the overall process improvement of the Performance Engineering discipline within Channels Transformation.Design and implement solutions to evaluate and enhance the performance and scalability of API, web, mobile apps, and cloud-native platforms.Support the design and evaluation of new tools, frameworks, and techniques to enhance system performance and stability.Mentoring team members to foster professional growth and technical skill enhancement, promoting a culture of continuous learning.Defining and communicating a clear vision for performance engineering, aligning team goals with broader business objectives.Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive performance best practices and influence stakeholders to prioritize performance considerations.Leading efforts to identify and implement innovative solutions that enhance performance engineering capabilities.Building and maintaining strong relationships
